"Great location and a really lovely 1 bedroom apartment tastefully done and with all amenities- even robes! For less than the cost of a hotel room in downtown Kingston. Our unit was newly built/renovated but with historical brick, high ceilings, full kitchen/breakfast bar, living area, bathroom with a big shower and lots of vanity space and storage. We were only there for a night for a Queens event for one of our daughters, but this unit would be completely comfortable for longer stays too....

"Beautiful historic property with a luxurious and modern take on period details. Fireplaces were cozy on a cool damp getaway. Breakfast was lovely, and homemade 4pm cookies were a thoughtful treat. All staff were kind and approachable. We could easily walk to campus and the downtown. Would happily stay again. "

"The kitchen had everything you would need to make any dish, clean, the fridge had no stock and only 1 coffee pouch, the parking was great and easy "

"I arrived in an ice storm. Staff was good. Walking distance to restaurants. It didn’t have a huge parking lot but we made due. "

"Our room smelled of cigarettes; loud in the hallways due to a hockey tournament- adults loud at 3am in the hallway. Convenient location and the staff was very helpful and friendly. "

"Great place to stay. Only "but" is that they lack staff at the restaurant. Service took forever and food was not the best. Great options around for food. Staff at the hotel is super friendly 👌. We had a great time there "

"Continental breakfast was fresh and had a decent variety. We would have liked more options for common allergens (ie dairy) but otherwise it was good. The room was comfortable. Only complaint is the slew of text messages during our 24 hour stay that I somehow signed up for. "

"Not very clean lots of hair from previous room users, mysterious fluids on the fabric walls. The duvets they have are just between two sheets so I'm guessing there's no get changed between people and are in contact with their bodies. Good location. Bantu box breakfast was better than some continental free ones. Central location of course. I got a good deal on a Sunday night so was acceptable but if I pay a lot of money for this room I would not have been happy. "

"I am not sure what to say. March break here in Ontario and I like to take my grandchildren for an overnight at a hotel and a swim, just some downtime with them. So disappointed. The pool was so cold. We were only in it for about 10 minutes and then the two of them had to go in the shower for 15 to warm up. When I complained at the desk, they told me that the heater was broken. Don’t believe it for a second. Everything was cold. The heat coming out of the radiators cold, the stone surrounding the...

"I enjoyed my stay here! There were some issues though, like the wifi cutting out for about 12 hours or so. I went to the front desk to let them know and it took a while for the wifi to come back. The bathub was also dirty. I did a quick scrub of the tub and was fine using it afterwards. The only thing I couldn't really get over was the remote to the TV was sticky. Like really sticky. Besides these issues, I genuinely had a great time for the price that it was, and honestly, I would stay here...

"The check-in was done with efficiency. The key card envelope needs to be changed. It looked old, dog-eared, and well-used. The carpet on the stairs needs vacuuming; there was visible dirt on the floor on every stair. The front glass doors were very dirty with fingerprints and dirt. The first room we were given had an open window that would not close - no latch to close. We were given a second room, which was fine. The room seemed clean and tidy, the bathroom was clean, but the bathtub...

"Very clean well kept hotel, front desk staff was friendly and genuine.Breakfast buffet was great with cook out checking with everyone to make sure everything was satisfactory, great added touch that personal touch is missed in a lot of places now!"

"Room was out dated and in poor condition. Wall plug sparked a lot when I tried to plug in my charger. They stuck us next to laundry room which was noisey. Internet was terrible. Bed was old and uncomfortable."
