"A Hotel to Avoid This hotel was a complete disaster, with dirty rooms infested with ants and spider webs, a bathroom that reeked of a foul smell from the faucet, and a parking lot overrun with large rats. To make matters worse, the receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful when I reported these issues, showing a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a nightmare from start to finish, and I would strongly advise others to steer clear of it."

"Smell of mold in the room. Hotel situated in the middle of a commercial centre, with ugly buildings and parking lots all around. Check street view to get a feeling... Only very few rooms with a view to the (distant) lake."

A couple of spiders around the room I had to deal before sleeping due to the high allergy level my daughter has but normal for a room above a river immersed in nature. "The front desk staff was incredibly kind and helped me with a reservation glitch. The beds were clean and comfortable along with a nice bathroom, en suite, including shampoo, soap, and hairdryer. Restaurants and train station within walking distance. This is a quaint little town just a 20 minute train ride from Geneva. The hotel is a gem and I would definitely stay here again."

"Nice place put together with care. If you like different/unique hotels then you’ll like this place a lot. Yoga connection, beautiful lush stream/canyon picnic spot in the back. Beds are a little firm in a nod to the Yoga style, but I liked them. Like the restaurant’s looks, but didn’t get To eat there. Will go back for sure!"
