"Staff charged $68 to my room and didn't remove it until I called and inquired about the charge and they admitted it was an accident. Told me to call my bank to remove it, but it was their fault. "

" Hotel is charming and every detail is well thought out. Love this hotel for the cozy feel and the great location. Beds super comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. Only downside to this stay was clothes left being in drawers, trash found in trash can when we check in and soiled bathroom door that hadn’t been wiped. "
