"Other than dust on the windowsills and at the top of the windows, the room was clean to a good standard. The rooms are nice especially for the price. They have three queen bed options, which is not a common option in the area at a very good deal. Staff was very friendly that worked on the premises however, there is no front desk for check-in. I was a little concerned about this at first, but the experience they provided was amazing. I was given a phone number to text with any questions or issues and they did great responding to me. This is also been a great location if you’re visiting Cedar point it’s only six minutes from the park in about half the cost of the pork that’s in front of cedar point.. the rooms and everything seem to be pretty new and/or very well taken care of . The AC worked great will gladly stay here again."
"Definitely don’t depend on early morning breakfast! They say their Dunkin is open at 6:30am it never was! Other parents were looking for breakfast options and nothing was open"
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Port Clinton, OH
2/10 Terrible
"I was terribly disappointed in the cleanliness of the halls and my room. The shower/tub had hair in it, the floor had some sort of food crumbs on the floor between the beds, and when I pulled back the bedding the sheet had a stain of some sort and more hair. The room was not cleaned properly. The bed was made but not changed and the trash was done. Other than that I believe it was skipped over. The ladies that were on duty that evening did apologize, brought clean bedding, and said it would be documented. We visit Port Clinton often as do several members of our family. We will look at other places rather than stay here again."
"We loved our stay as our room was very colorful and clean. The hotel stock rooms with cute purple soup that smells awesome. We enjoyed the activities like bowling, glow golf, and of course the water Park. There is more than enough for all ages. My 3yr old enjoyed meeting the characters and playing games at the lobby. We never left the resort for anything as the food was there as well. The arcade can get pricey but your kid will leave out with a toy from the wall. Although she wasn't tall enough for the big water rides, the lifeguards were sure to give her a life jacket and enjoy the wave pool. There was a BBQ restaurant attached and the food was absolutely amazing and FLAVORED!!! Worth every penny."
