"I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. There was no cleaning done to Room #301. I had to ask for towels and bath mats daily. One of the electric outlets had black burn marks on it. We didn't touch it. We had to empty our bedroom/bathroom trash daily. No one came to the room at all. There was no bed linen change either. The room was clean when we got there. "Loved everything about the Westin in St Thomas. Very nice, clean, spread out hotel. We had a terrace room and loved watching the boats sail in and out. It was quiet and we were never distracted by pool music or other people."

The beach is dirty, smells like cigarettes / marijuana and has trash. There is constant noise of wave runners and loud music.
