"Stayed here as was diverted from Zurich. Got in very late. Staff at desk was helpful. Got to room. Looked dated and in need of renovating. Carpet looked stained. Turned down bed and there was a stain on the sheet. It had been washed but was still stained right at the head of the bed. Shouldn't use sheets like that. Pillows smelled of other people's heads. Bathroom nice but cracked tiles on floor and in shower. Tiles on bathroom wall and floor grouting had mold. For a hotel of this quality and...

"We stayed here for 2 nights. The staff are helpful. The room is clean and spacious. They offered a free city pass but we already got our swiss travel. The breakfast is great! It’s convenient and very close to Coop. Free shuttle to airport is a plus! Highly recommended!"

"Very clean the breakfast was lovely all very fresh. I emailed in advance to advise a 40th celebration just got a printed birthday message which was folded wrong on a bit of paper. The pillows were really uncomfortable. Requested slippers so I could go in the sauna never got them. If you want robe or other pillows you have to request from reception them carry to your room. Location was great and reception staff helped with directions."

"It was the perfect place to crash before an early flight. The room was clean and just what we needed. We did not get breakfast but when we walked by it looked like a wonderful spread. The staff was helpful and upbeat even with checking in at 23:00. The walk from the train station was well described if not the most comfortable late at night."

"Das Zimmer ist vollkommen in Ordnung und die Betten bequem. Leider ist das Hotel so hellhörig, dass man jeden später ankommenden Gast bzw. Jedes parkende Auto hört und davon aufwacht. Besonders laut ist es natürlich wenn man ein Zimmer im EG bekommt."

"Tiny room at end of corridor but ticked all the boxes. Clean, white linen and comfortable bed. Free wifi in room. This is in a separate building from the main hotel where you have to go for Reception and the bar and restaurant. I didn't ate at the hotel so can't review though like most places in Geneva it was expensive. There are petrol stations with small supermarkets and an Aldi nearby and a large malls short bus ride away. I was going to a concert near the airport so wanted to stay close...
