"Silversands is a REAL 5 star resort. The property is very clean and well maintained. The team that runs it is exceptional. From the driver that picked us up at the airport, to the front desk, the restaurant staff, to the beach/ pool staff, all were very welcoming and kind. We are experienced island travelers. Grenada, by far has the friendliest locals. We took the 7 Sisters hiking tour and our tour guides were fantastic! It truly seems that they love their jobs. So many of the Silversands team were awesome. To name just a few… THANK YOU to Kellisha, Kahlid, Rolando, Jedella, Emma and Vaddie for helping make our Grenada trip so memorable. I wish I could have remembered many more names as every single person working at Silversands, that we had contact with, was an incredibly nice person! The one and only issue is the hotel location. The beach is beautiful and best on the island. The hotel is located in a very busy area. We were awakened early mornings by lots of honking, ambulance sirens, dogs barking. You don’t hear all this too much when you’re down by the pool/ beach area. We will definitely be coming back to visit Silversands Resort and the amazing team that runs it."

"The property was not prepared for guests. An event was taking place at check-in. I was welcomed to a wedding reception and very loud music. The route to the property was very dangerous - the roads are horrible for driving. The rooms need to be renovated and updated with beds, appliances, and doors. No privacy - while I was contemplating moving to another property two people walked in my room. I don't suggest the Bay House as an option for your stay"
