We had to leave without staying. Their promo said wheelchair accessible parking so we thought that meant that handicapped people could stay there. When we got there we were told our room was on an upper floor with no elevator. They told us there were no rooms to match our expectations but we were offered a first floor room in an annex which was a very long walk across uneven floors and not the same view or accommodations as we had paid for. They admitted the potential room was inferior to the one we paid for. On the way to check out the room we had to pass through long musty walkways. My wife almost immediately had breathing difficulties due to the musty air. It was immediately obvious that we could not stay. We notified front desk and asked for a refund due to the multiple disappointments and health issue. We have not heard from them since.
