"Convenient location for train station. Room looked great but had major ant problem. Noticed a couple in the bed and we went out for late night snack. Brought back a bit of food and woke up in the morning to our garbage and food being full of them. Broken shower head that sprays directly at drywall ceiling from rain head"

Just a heads up, the AC is centralized and fixed at one temperature, so if you want it cooler, you'll have to crack open the window a bit. But be warned, it only opens about an inch, and the street noise can get pretty loud. "This hotel meets the needs but that's about it. It was clean though not as convenient as they advertise. The shower is extremely slippery. The staff is not very friendly although they will suggest restaurants and call a cab when one is leaving for the airport. It is not a place to stay when visiting Naples, just a place to stay the night before a flight out. The neighborhood doesn't look like it but there are some good restaurants just down the street.
