Inside the hotel is very clean. The staff very helpful. On the plaza side of the the property there are nice restaurants and shops. On the main entrance side there are blocks of abandoned looking buildings.

This entire area around the airport is rundown and covered in trash. The AC in the room wasn’t very strong, after showering it took hours to cool down. Staff was kind and helpful ordering a taxi to the airport.

This hotel was truly a gem. It was immaculate and very comfortable. The staff was kind and generous. BUT, the area was very dodgy. The staff kindly assisted us with cabs to get us out of the area. That’s the only complaint. Honestly, I would stay there again.

One of the most awful, filthy, unsettling hotels I’ve stayed at in my life and thankfully I was only there for less than 12 hours. For staters it’s not in a safe part of Naples. I got a regular room with a king bed for my wife and I. As soon as we walk in there’s a foul musky smell. There was red/brown stains throughout the carpet in the room, there was stains on the bed frame, the wall paper was falling off in multiple areas, the bathroom tile had mold everywhere, the room was absolutely filthy. If this wasn’t enough there was loud knocks on my door at 12 am, I quickly asked who it was and got no response. When I called the front desk, emergency line, the guy said “I have no idea, I’ll call you back”. He ended up calling back 20 minutes later saying it was supposedly one of his coworkers mistakenly knocking on our room with towels. My wife and I were pretty startled and honestly why wouldn’t they just say towels or something instead of silence? How do you knock like that and make that kind of mistake at 12 am? Don’t stay here if you have an early flight through Naples, quite the opposite of a rest stop.
