"Horrible experience. I want my money back. Code enforcement needs to be called on this place. It's a resthaven for drug addicts. Mold, holes in the walls, did I mention the roaches? I asked for my money back, very rude people behind the front desk. I am going to code enforcement for the foul conditions there. I want my money back"

"The room and bathroom were spotless, and I didn’t need to bring my cleaning supplies. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The dining staff was particularly wonderful; the lady remembered me and made sure my steak burger was cooked to my exact liking. My children felt right at home and were able to play freely, and I ensured they used good manners. The carpet in the hallways was beautifully decorated. I only left the hotel to attend my convention, and I felt like I was in a home away...

"Don’t let the pictures of the marble lobby for you, this is not a luxury or high-end hotel. A luxury hotel should also provide luxury service and this hotel falls very short. On my first night there, I called guest services to request a dental kit. It took 25 minutes to deliver and the housekeeper who delivered it to me, was on her phone, laughing and talking to someone in Spanish when she got to my door. She basically threw the items at me and walked away before I could even ask her for an...

"This hotel was perfect. The most fun part was "The Well." A self-service counter where you could fill your water bottle with your choice of spring, sparkling, or alkaline water whenever you needed. Necessary because of the fairly chlorinated taste of Atlanta's tap water."
