"Attendez-vous à une expérience. Il s'agit d'un hôtel sans réception. Vous arrivez et vous partez de manière autonome. La seule présence humaine est une femme de chambre qui ne parle que l'espagnol. En cas de problème, ne cherchez pas un numéro de téléphone dans le hall, il faut fouiller dans vos mails. Sinon, armez-vous de patience et envoyez un message à un dénommé Estebàn. Que se passe-t-il si l'urgence arrive en pleine nuit ? Je n'ai pas testé. A part cela, l'hôtel est propre et bien situé....

"Long wait at the on site restaurant after ordering breakfast. And it really wasn't busy. Weird arrangement of going up one floor across and down one floor. Hard with luggage as one leg had no lift. The room had excellent AC but we didn't like to run it overnight. When my partner asked for an extra sheet or cover for the bed they said they had none. How strange. Telephone and one wall socket were both without power on arrival. After we reported it both were fixed. The kitchen in the apartment...

"It was nice to have a full 1 bdrm apartment with W/D and dishwasher! a block from the beach, and has a huge pool as well. The balconies are large with good views if you face E or S. All units seem to be in fairly good condition, although a bit dated on the decor and appliances. We were there for 3 weeks and had no cleaning until the last week when we received 2. However, it did say only one cleaning would be offered during your stay. We had to track down the cleaning lady to change the towels...

Dos cositas que podrían mejorar: primero la cama se bamboleaba, se movía y sonaba al moverme; luego en la cena del sábado 26 de abril me comí unas rodajas de pulpo del buffet que estaban crudas, le avisé a la encargada y avisó a cocina y retiraron la bandeja, pero me causó malestar estomacal todo el domingo pero luego se pasó."
