"Too much noise along the corridor disturbing us. The keys to the door has failed severely. The kitchen is inadequate. No hot plates for cooking. We’ve had to buy a cooker on our own. The fridge is really small and inadequate compared to what we saw when we made the booking. The staff at the desks are very friendly and helpful so also are the cleaning crew."

"One of the worst hotel experiences my family and I have ever had. The first room we were given had an overwhelming sewage-like odor. It genuinely smelled like raw sewage, to the point where it was impossible to stay in the room and we immediately requested a different one. Unfortunately, the second room wasn’t much better.
