"The location of Hotel Rose is central to most of the best walkable sites in Rotterdam. We were minutes away from the boat dock for catching the watershuttle to Kinderdijk. Only a block away from transit too. The breakfast was delicious and great value. We would definitely stay at Hotel Rose again."

"When we checked in we indicated we had been up for over 30 hours and were very tired. We were given a room with a lounge above and all we heard for hours were the scraping of chairs, so needless to say we didn't get any rest."

"The toilets and showers were very clean! The pod was also as we expected. The only thing we disliked was that the ventilation in our pod wasn't working correctly, so it got very hot in there and we also got headaches in the morning. In general it was a great experience, but due to the poor ventilation, I wouldn't stay longer than a night. The location is also very central in Rotterdam, so it is easy to walk around in the city."

"The hotel was actually quite nice, but the location wasn’t good for us. There were no restaurants, shops or sights writhing walking distance and we had no car, so anything we wanted to do or see was a 20 Euro ride away."

"Great room with great view"

"The fridge and heater in my room didn’t work. Blankets smelt musky and a little of urine. The water went cold about 5 minutes into the shower and no matter how much I played with the temperature, it was ice cold. The keycard stopped working twice, had to get reception to fix it. Can’t really fault them for the guests that were loud, yelling and carrying on until 4am or whoever took my food from the kitchen, unfortunately just added to experience. "Petit déjeuner varié mais de qualité moyenne. Pas de frigo ni de placard dans la chambre (belle et spacieuse). Une belle cafetière/théière cependant. Emplacement idéal, à côté de la gare et tout près du centre ancien, à pied. L'hôtel est neuf, au calme, le personnel très sympathique."
