"I found the hotel even better then I expected. The woman at the reception was very helpful and friendly! A real compliment for her and I found her also very professional. The thing of her was that offcourse it is a hotel but gave a feeling like I were coming there for years already. The food in the restaurant and the breakfast was as well very good so no ant complain from me. What I also found nice was that they had a good place for my bike. "

"The Villa Areka can only be recommended - top location, in a few minutes you are in the wonderful old town! Rooms in top renovated condition, where you immediately feel at home. Wonderful view from the room of the beautiful old town and the castle! Very friendly staff and a delicious breakfast buffet!"

"The amenities were useless, the pool was locked up, the sauna is for a fee paid in coins apparently. But the worst thing is that we didn`t get breakfast AT ALL, even though it was also clearly stated as included in the listing. In actual fact we didn`t even see or meet anyone there. NO breakfast kind of ruined it. Even the hot drinks machine wasn`t available, empty trays and food containers... Be aware when you book."

"Very friendly staff. Great breakfast inside thematic restaurant on the premises. Apartment home away from home. Parking a little difficult to find at first but very convenient once familiar with the surroundings. Definitely recommend!!! P.S. we really enjoyed meeting the local cat looking in from the garden outside our window 😻"
