Wonderful place with a warm and inviting ambiance. The property feels stylish and relaxing from the moment you enter. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. The lobby is spacious and lively, with fun indoor games like table tennis. The seating area has plush sofas and cozy swing sofas that feel comfortable and calming. The room was spotless and thoughtfully designed. The interiors looked modern and elegant with great attention to detail. The staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their friendly attitude made the stay even more pleasant.

An attentive staff, good dining, opulent breakfast. Clean. Good room. If you are a tourist wanting to see historic Bangaluru, this is convenient. Upscale grocery 3 blocks to the right leaving hotel. ATM, right to light, then right a block.

Great business hotel Bangalore

A fabulous hotel, with everything you need and very attentive service. I required some medical assistance during my stay but the staff sorted everything out extremely quickly and were very kind and attentive. The service went above and beyond my expectations and I can’t recommend the hotel enough. It’s also nice to be able to walk to a metro station from the hotel and enjoy the nice surroundings, as the area is very pleasant.

good hotel to do business in Bangalore

In Principle, the stay was very comfortable, the breakfast took care of everything, the room was nice, clean and cozy. The only unpleasant thing was, that at the time of check-out I was confronted with a food bill that was not mine and it took quite some time till the matter was sorted out after it was escalated to the management. This was at a time when I was expecting a quick check-out to go to the airport. Maybe, this was an exceptional case, but this should not happen.

Excellent, friendly staff; welcoming lobby with nice treats and a cool, comfortable lounge. Size and layout of the room left a lot to be desired - don’t know whose brilliant idea it was to have frosted glass as the bathroom / shower wall separating the bedroom. The light from the bathroom then messed up sleep whenever someone had to use the bathroom in the night. Visible mold in the lining of the shower door and caulks was unpleasant to say the least, not something that one would expect from a Radisson at this price. All in all, comfortable stay.

Stayed with my friends and booked two rooms for two nights as part of friends get together after many years and my friends flew from different Indian cities. Well maintained property and rooms, good service, great location, nice lobby and ambiance, responsive staff. One small request to the hotel group regarding the snacks they provide in the room and when you checkout they ask you what snacks have we consumed during the stay and charge exorbitant prices for those items consumed. Please mention or make it clear to the guests during checkin process that the snacks will be charged as per consumption. It seems very silly and I think its a nuisance value in terms of charging hundreds of rupees for a packet of cashew nuts or chips. And it does not make the check out process seamless. If you cannot provide the snacks as complimentary and free then please don't provide them in the first place. Or find a better way to provide the service.
