Excellent service and very helpful staff

The staff of at Hotel Santika Bengkulu really made us feel very welcome. They helped us with anything we needed and made sure we had the beste possible stay at the hotel and in the city of Bengkulu. We will absolutely stay at this hotel again next time we visit Bengkulu. Breakfast had a wide range of food, including both Indonesian style dishes and western type of food.

Solid hotel

We had a very short stay here but both agreed we wished we had stayed longer. Staff was very friendly, room was great, and food was solid. I would definitely recommend staying at the Santika.

Nice hotel to stay in Bengkulu.

It was nice experience during my stayed for 4 nights in this Hotel. The breakfast is owesome & the staff are friendly. I would love to stay here again for the future visits.That will be nice too if the hotel provided the hair dryer in the room.

One night stay in Bengkulu.

The hotel was comfortable. After a long day at work and travel, I hoped for a good spa which I saw at the hotel. Unfortunately that was not that great as they had advertised. They were more interested in selling the higher priced packages and more importantly speaking in English was a challenge. The room service was good and the food was served hot. The buffet breakfast was just about ok. The room/ bathroom was clean and comfortable.
