Only problem was when we stayed the actual apartment had wifi problems and unfortunately in the five days we were there couldnt be fixed. . "Rooms ok , we upgraded to sea view which was lovely. Staff little bit and miss, maybe it’s just a few crossed lines. We asked at reception did they serve food on the roof top terrace and was told twice yes they do, only to be told at the rooftop no they don’t. We asked for an iron, 4 times to be told they’re asked housekeeping and it was on its way, never arrived , creased shirt just got worn! It’s Benidorm so who cares…. But everything else was fine and not an issue."
