"This is a brand new hotel that just opened 2 months ago. It was an amazing hotel, very beautiful, in an excellent location in the Centro Historico part of Mazatlan. The rooms were nicely done and comfortable. The service was outstanding. Everyone who works here is very helpful and nice. "It was a real pleasure to be at this Holiday Inn Express, personal when far and beyond when was needed. Special thanks to Rodolfo, Eduardo, Alexa and Jazmin at the reception, also Ramon was always ready to help when needed. Thank you to Mario, Ibrahim and Abelardo at the restaurant. Little advice, in general you have to improve the breakfast menu and the coordination between Restaurant, swimming pool and the hotel to avoid misunderstanding. In a good note I will be happy to come back with my wife in December and I hope she would have as good impression as me and that we would enjoy our Christmas time in Beautiful Mazatlán. Again thank you everyone and we will see you soon . "
