"We took the seaworld resort deal whee you pay $350 per night which include breakfast and free entry to the village theme park. Its unbeatable value and great family fun.
The place is full of happy children who became cranky due to over tiredness from the fun.so if you want peaceful holiday then don't come to ruin the fun for all the other families.
Staff are great, nice trails to explore and beautiful beaches for stroll. Buffet breakfast is good (think of cruise ship type breakfast)."

"Our stay was unfortunately overshadowed by a very unpleasant check-in experience.
The front desk lady who checked us in never smiled once and appeared unhappy and unfriendly throughout the entire interaction. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that her attitude seemed noticeably different when serving other Western guests. She was warm and welcoming to them, but cold and dismissive toward us as Asian guests.
In addition, several reasonable requests were immediately rejected....

"My second stay here Samantha at reception made sure my check in was so smooth and effective even moving me to a ground floor room which helped me so much as I’m a road trip to sort out my luggage in the car. The bed was very comfortable and the wifi worked so well on the TV and laptop. Bathroom was more spacious than the room itself and shower had excellent water pressure. A suggestion I love to make is put up some extra hooks on the walls always handy. Thank you for a comfortable stay."

"On arrival at 2.05pm we had to wait over 20 minutes to check in as there was no receptionist and a big queue formed. No apology was offered and the receptionist started chatting to the woman in front about what she was going to do during her stay, read the room! Internet was dreadful despite it being promoted. Shower gel in the wall mounted container dribbled out slowly.
Bed was comfortable but the room was very dated."

"Great place for a date night or some R&R. Very relaxed, cozy atmosphere. Roaring fireplace to keep you warm during the colder months at the main restaurant. Staff are very accomadating and go above and beyond. Warm and welcoming and can make a mean Cocktail! Reccommend staying the night if wanting to make the most of the service, menue and Bar! Menue and bar prices are very reasonable for the quality and amount you receive."
