"I don’t want to type a lot and people don’t always like reading so I’ll keep this short and to the point.
- restaurant was good, very small menu
- room was gross
- mold on the shower curtains. Green gunk on the shower wall. Mold along the edges of the floor next to the walls. Mold possibly (I’m not sure what it was but it was gross) next to the sink
- towels provided were dirty (but they were prompt on getting us new ones upon asking)
- construction resulted in one of the pools being closed,...
"We had an amazing stay at the Rainforest Retreat. Theodocios, our assistant at the Rainforest Retreat was an excellent guide and his wife, Francelia cooked delicious breakfast and dinner that was included with our stay. She also does laundry. We stayed one night there in the Eco-Pods and the 2nd night at the Chaa Creek Lodge. Docios shuttled us back and forth and provided excellent guidance."
"The grounds are insanely beautiful. We had an incredible stay. The ATM tour and visiting Cahal Pech (in the backyard!) are musts. Don’t let the hill intimidate you. The town itself is lovely! Can’t wait to come back! Our suite was beautiful and the staff so attentive!"

"The property was gorgeous and very clean. The outdoor pool with a jungle view was breathtaking. Plenty of space and everything was very modern.
Their chef makes a delicious breakfast and everything is fresh. The assistant manager Tiffani was truly amazing she helped with everything from beginning to end.
