"We stayed in this hotel the night before we were flying home. The hotel provided free airport shuttle and a buffet breakfast which accommodated flights leaving at all hours of the morning. While close to the airport, airplane noise could NOT be heard. The ibis next door had a variety of choices for dinner and also a small souvenir shop. We appreciated being able to open our room window as the weather was good. Our only struggle was the high perfumed cleaning products that are used which were very strong and would make anyone with perfume allergies unable to stay here."

"We stayed at the Family Room for one night. The room was spacious, clean and modern. Especially, it was helpful to have plenty of space to open our luggage. The sofa bed was comfortable than we thought . The check in and check out was easy and didn’t take time. The only thing is that since it was facing the airport, the windows at night sometimes vibrates and created some resonance due to the air pressure by the take off of air planes. If you are looking for a quieter room, maybe better to book the rooms facing the interior of the hotel. The breakfast had wide variety of selections and the quality was good. Our family enjoyed the stay very much and hope to come back again in the future."

"Staff were not polite, expensive hotel and would charge you 25 Euros per person for the breakfast on top of your hotel price..plus airporr shuttle provided by the hotel charged me 5 euros "

"I stayed at the Bilderberg 2 years ago and thought it was excellent. So much so that I returned to the Bilderberg this year. The facility has been renovated and the results are beautiful. The lobby is open and multiple check in kiosks/computers are available. The rooms seemed larger to me and the decor was wonderful. Breakfast at the Bilderberg was more than adequate and I hate the thought of returning to my old breakfast practices in America.(Maybe I can do it on weekends.) The staff is very helpful and answered travel directions with a flip of their cell phones, whether it was the Metro, the tram,, bus, taxis, etc. Everybody was able to answer questions in English or Dutch and I imagine in other languages, too. We stayed at City Inn at Radison Amsterdam West but preferred the Bilderberg in Rotterdam."
