"This lit’l house is perfect! We rented to stay during a work event, but the Lit’l House made the trip feel like a vacation. The house is comfortable with a nicely outfitted kitchen. The area is quiet and tucked into a cozy neighborhood. The hosts are helpful and friendly, and provided just the right touches. We will definitely be returning when we need lodging in the area! "

"This property is a get-away paradise. This is our second year to have the pleasure of staying here. We were so excited to come back because the minute you walk in the front door , you feel like your home. It has everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. We pull our boat down to enjoy Beaver Lake and the driveway is large enough for us to park it easily. The house itself has a story to it, one that will warm your heart and the owners are absolutely amazing...

"The home had everything we needed, including an easy short drive to the Walton Arts Center. Our only complaint was low water pressure in the bathrooms, which made showering a challenge. As two couples, we had to flip a coin to see who got the master bd with king bed and private bath vs who had to sleep in a queen with the bathroom accross the hall. We would stay there again."

"Great location to check out campus with our family. Appreciated the clean and comfortable space. Only thing that should be addressed is master shower- the water wouldn’t get hot so we all used the smaller second bathroom for showering. "
