"This place offers 4 private onsens that may be reserved for family which is unique, though there is an onsen tax of about 1200 yen. The staff were friendly and accommodating. One of the bidets in our room were not working unfortunately, but I’m sure if staff is notified, it could’ve gotten troubleshooted. "Older style hotel, not really geared towards international travellers. Room smelt quite musty, bath towels quite thin, only 2 instant green tea and tea bowls provided.
Biggest disappointment was although pictures in listing indicate a “swimming pool” it is not! This is a heated traditional onsen/public bath for guests to use and swimming costumes not allowed.
Very conveniently located close to shops, restaurants, convenience stores and transport.
Staff seemed polite and helpful."
