"We were only there one night so I can’t give much of a review. It is a great location. Walk to Topgolf and bowling alley. The staff was not friendly and very short. When I asked for more towels I was given attitude when we only had one in our room to begin with. Otherwise everything else was fine."

"The pool was CLOSED! We always choose a hotel with a nice pool for our special needs daughter. We chose this one for that feature and were sorely disappointed that we couldn't use it. The breakfast was OK but not outstanding. The front desk staff was grest-- even suggested a terrific local Italian take-out restaurant."

"The room had a weird smell as soon as I walked in. The bathroom was very dirty. Mold in the shower, the shower floor was brown, and a mystery sticky scum in the sink. In the morning, the cleaning crew knock on my door at 9 am when check out was at 11. They came back and knocked again at 10 am. The elevator was small and there was only one in the whole building. It wasn’t a bad stay, I just don’t think they were prepared."

"We’ve stayed in cheaper hotels that were better than this. There was a $50 deposit for any incidentals and then put us in a room with a caved in wall panel and a hole. I took a picture so we wouldn’t get dinged for it. That was the first time we stayed, we went to Savannah for one night and then came back and stayed 2 more nights at this hotel They again charged us another $50 deposit which was taken out bank immediately. "We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western very much. The staff were very nice and the breakfasts were quite tasty. I think our only criticism would be regarding the showers. They need to have to be someting between the shower door and transom to stop the water from flooding the shower area. We had to use several towels to mop up the water after ever shower. This is a comment for Expedia. I have a service dog and when we schedule a stay at a motel I would like to let them know I will have him...

"This hotel met our needs, but barely. The safety lock was loose and we needed assistance to open the door once. The shower curtain was not long enough or wide enough to prevent water from getting on the bathroom floor. The housekeeping staff didn't come back later in the day after trying to come in while we were still there. It is also on a busy road with other businesses near, so it is not a quiet place to stay."

"The room was very clean, linens were white and clean, but pillows were horrible and lumpy. Pictures were definitely from when the hotel was first built and it's much more run down now. However, you get what you pay for so at this price range, it was adequate, clean and safe.
