"We stayed here twice the first check in went well and was quick. When we returned to check in later the person at the desk did not seemed knowledgeable of the process and tried to have me pay for the room again that I had prepaid online. The hotel was clean and breakfast was set up was good with enough space."

"Check-in and check-out was nice and friendly. Breakfast had a great assortment of food for the 3 days there. However there wasn’t a free table of coffee in the lobby like Hampton’s in USA , and there isn’t a microwave or small refrigerator or wash cloth but this is the European experience. 😃. There is a grocery store across the street which was very convenient, and close to S-bahn train and tram."
