"It was wonderful to be in the historic area of Santiago, where we could easily walk to shops and restaurants. The staff member we met was very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to provide additional information about the area and the transportation options to the airport. Our room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend to others visiting the area."
