"Our room was delightful and would have rated 5/5 if considered in isolation. However our 80 year old travelling companions who arrived around 7pm in the evening were told that even though they had booked and prepaid 6 months previously that the hotel was fully booked. They were shunted to an adjoining house and given an attic room accessed by an extremely steep staircase effectively a ladder. Compared to our room in the hotel itself, it was spartan. So that was disappointing and left a bad taste...

"Our flight was cancelled, we arrived the next day and even though we had sent someone early in the morning to let staff know we were arriving later, when we got there we were told that our PRE-PAID room was given. I would have expected at least a phone call before this happening. We had to stay in another room and move to the room we had booked the following day, with two kids. We were not offered anything for this. When we finally had a room (on the first day) at 10:00pm (!) (we had to wait...
