"We enjoyed this as our final stay in Norway after 2 weeks. It was idyllic, scenic, and we loved the hens and chicks free ranging on the property! So cute. The only confusion was that there isn't any signage directing you where to go when you arrive. We accidentally went to the door of their main home that is pictured in the Expedia listing, instead of the home that is the rental described. I had to message them when we arrived for clarification. Other than that, the stay was very relaxing....

"Staff was friendly and polite. The strike by hotel workers has impacted the service the hotel provided. Room was clean but small. The one issue we had was the smell of aircraft exhaust in the room and hallways whenever a jet was leaving the gates on that side of the terminal."

"Lovely apartment but up a very steep hill, Apartment had everything you needed, really comfortable beds, lovely lounge area and kitchen, only 10mins to harbour. Bathroom had a washer but no dryer. Would recommend but not for anyone that can't climb up a, steep road."

"Stayed for 3 nights with family.The hotel location is good and close to supermarket and other amenities. It's a 20 minute walk to train station. No tea or coffeemaking facilities in room.In common area were there were facilitaties for coffee and tea,the tray was empty on a lot of occasions and when we asked staff just kept pointing at paid machine which was not very helpful. Self check in works well and also good facilities to store luggage. "

"This was a very nice hotel with excellent facilities including free use of a brolley which came in very handy! Lovely spa and great breakfast. Rooms are on the small size so probably would upgrade next time to a larger room but otherwise couldn’t fault it at all. "

"Excellent hotel in a fantastic waterfront location in Bergen. The views of the harbor and Bryggen are beautiful. The hotel combines historic charm with modern comfort, and the rooms were clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding with a wide variety of fresh options. Unfortunately dinning room was not open due to strike but plenty of good options available within short walk distance. Perfect location for exploring Bergen...

"This apartment is in an excellent location and had everything we needed. Pros: *Well stocked kitchen. We were able to make a few meals at the apartment and it had everything, minus ingredients, that we needed. *Great location. *Comfortable *8-10 walk to the bus station *Close to restaurants. *Grocery store right around the corner. *10-15 minute walk to Bryggen Cons: *No black out shades so bring eye masks. *Not very sound proof. Friday and Saturday people were partying and it was loud....

"Sei que havia greve do staff de hotelaria mas o banheiro não era propriamente limpo. O chão estava grudento pela falta de limpeza. O café da manhã, pela mesma razão, estava confuso. Fizeram o que era possível mas, faltava muita coisa. Se eu paguei por um café da manhã completo, deveria ter uma porcentagem devolvida pelo problema ocorrido, já que paguei o preço total. Localização excelente; banheiro peca pela falta de amenities."

"This place is bare bones and not worth the price. No phone in the room. Must walk down to front desk with any questions or requests. Don’t take room on 8th floor. You have to get off at 6th floor and walk up several sets of tight stairs to access the 8th floor. Front desk staff not helpful. "
