"How can you expect kids or customers to sleep on bloody sheets with urine and blood on mattresses and not refund our money when we immediately left after checking in. There was nothing nice, clean or good about this property. We checked in late close to 10pm. When we walked in the room there was a horrendous smell, with red stains all over the carpet and it felt dirty. I took pictures of everything because it was unreal. "If you like the feel of an era of a time gone by, you will not be disappointed. This place has been restored to spindler and makes the entire place easier to just relax. The staff on duty were attentive without being intrusive and we were able to be ourselves. I really hope we get a chance to return as I would really really enjoy a longer stay."
