"It was a small cute place with not much happening during my stay. You could only eat the fixed $125 menu for dinner by reservation only which may cater to some. But they did include a nice homestyle break every morning which I loved. I would say they could do a better job at cleaning the windowsills because I saw lots of con webs and dead bugs in my room. Overall, I would come back! Cute cottage getaway."

"Very cute, shabby-chic style rooms with a small kitchenette. The owners made sure our breakfast was to our liking and the quiche was delicious. It was easy to find and convenient to Harpers Ferry historic area. "

"My fiancé and i had a wonderful time here. right in the heart of Berkley Springs, is is convenient to shopping, galleries and the famous hot springs.
Tom was a 5-star host! He greeted us at the door, guided us to room and couldn't have been nicer, more friendly or professional. We both felt like family here.
The room was elegant, with a gas fireplace, comfortable four-poster bed, and private bath.
