"Poorly maintained, dirty pool, mediocre breakfast, bathroom sink didn't drain, no soap in the bathroom, staff not always at the desk, gym was one exercise bike. Looks much better in photos than in real life."

"This place is cozy, and pristine. There were activities to do on very hot days as well as activities to do on rainy days. The kids were always entertained. The bedding and furniture were comfortable. It gave off an “at home” vibe as opposed to a resort vide. Drinks were excellent, and not too sweet because the ingredients were quality, so there was no need to mask them with sugar. The coffee shop was excellent. The restaurants served great food. "There were ants in my room and never saw housekeeping to mention it or get help. I was never given wifi info The spa refused me my anemities and guest services/spa manager never got back up with me to get a resolution (this was a problem going back to check in).
