"We stayed here so we could attend the World Cup in Atlanta. The location was great, especially for the price. The man who works the front desk in the evening was very helpful and friendly. If you don’t want to stay in downtown Atlanta, this is a great spot."

"Staff was great! Dining area for breakfast was very small! It looks hard for staff to move about the tight space to refill food and clean the counters. Very quiet throughout the building, just occasional noise from ppl going into their room. Rooms were clean but the Carpet was dirty and needs to be replaced with Tile Flooring throughout! It made the room look bad. Bathroom was nice and clean and bright! Luggage cart was extremely difficult to maneuver with and without luggage on...

"I had a great solo staycation. When I was there, they were doing work on the elevator but had it resolved in about a day. Breakfast was hot and served everyday. The room was clean and staff were very attentive. The area is perfect, and everything I needed wasn’t more than a couple miles away. Would def recommend staying here."

"I pay for Parking & Breakfast Hotel administration don't know about it. They collect security deposit $50 still I did not received my deposit $50."

"I can’t even review this place. Theirs policies about do not allow to cancel a reservation made by mistake are inconsistent either American way to make business we do not need foreign’s owner of our local business…"

"Sometimes people need to be compassionate, and the hotel staff is not. Even though my stay was okay, when I called to request to be transferred to another Best Western closer to the venue they answer was that every owner is different in each hotel. Then I asked them about the option to give me refund so I can move, and they said no."
