Reception staff were very helpful and provided clear guidance for the various public transport options. Breakfast was better than expected. Room was very quiet and just what we needed after a long day of travel.

Clean & welcoming, with friendly & efficient staff, the hotel is ideally situated for Terminal 5. The pod was new to us, but was easy to use & again, it was an efficient service.

Don't book with these people. I had a £20 charge invoiced to me with no confirmation of why. After questioning it twice and confirming I didn't request any extras they have now said it was for parking. My account on their app shows I did not have it as part of my stay so I expect this to be refunded. ...
