"Property was very clean! Check-in staff was amazing. No coffee in the room but not the end of the world. Shuttle driver was mediocre at best. All in all, I would definitely stay there again when stranded in Denver, which seems to happen on a regular occasion."

"Perfect place to stay for wedding. Easy to get to from the airport. Location is like being in the suburbs pretty much anywhere with the same shopping, eating, businesses. Staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The continental breakfast was one of the best according to husband. Loved the walk in shower and great water pressure. Bed very comfy and was able to control the room temp to our satisfaction. Only thing, for me, was we were right outside where the elevators were and you can here...

"Pleasant stay for my little family and I during a one night stay. Everything was clean in the room. They should definitely consider upgrading their pool area and adding more seating options to the lobby so people can sit for breakfast. I scored lower because of that. "I was disappointed with my experience. I paid for my room from earlier in the afternoon, only to get off a two-hour delayed flight, wait another 30 minutes for the shuttle, and then arrive at the hotel to find out that it was fully booked despite my confirmed reservation.
I then had to wait an additional 15 minutes while arrangements were made to relocate me to another hotel. Although the staff was helpful, professional, and did their best to assist, and the hotel itself was clean, the situation...
