"This property was not the location I booked. It was to have been for Holiday Inn, Express, Blowing Rock Rd, Boone, NC. not Maryland. I did not know until I tried to check in and they did not have my reservations. When I learned of the error I sent a message to Expedia to cancel however, I have been charged for the booking. Please respond and advise how I can get a refund on this booking error. I clearly wrote the address of the hotel in Boone when I made the reservations."

"This Hotel is super clean and centrally located. The beds/linens were perfect. They provide all necessary toiletries, plenty of towels, hot breakfast and gym amenities that include work out towels. Tons of outlets, multiple charging options in room as well as desk space if you're working while traveling. Fridge/freezer, coffee, hair dryer, iron+board, wi-fi, cold a/c and late 12pm checkout.
