"We stayed here with our two children and we cannot say enough positive things about the staff. We ended up having to stay an extra night when one of our kids got sick and they were so wonderful and flexible as our plans shifted and evolved. The hotel itself was clean, had a unique style, and met our needs. We also took advantage of the laundry service while we were there, which worked out very well. For the price and the location, we’d certainly recommend it. "

"The hotel is very clean, beautiful, and spacious. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, and the staff made us feel at home. Breakfast was also very good. There is underground parking available, and if you stay at the hotel, you can validate at the reception for £10 per day, which I think is very reasonable."

"Bagno non pulitissimo (polvere/peli) e da ristrutturare (vasca da bagno), i dispenser per i saponi (lavandino e doccia) poco puliti/igienici, sarebbero stati meglio i campioncini. Calorifero sotto alla finestra della camera molto vecchio e rumoroso. La ventola del bagno è rumorosissima, perciò di notte per dormire bisogna tenere la porta del bagno chiusa, e ciò significa che il bagno rimane gelato poiché il calorifero è solo in camera. Personale gentile e disponibile, sia la donna delle pulizie...

"One of the workers agreed to give us 5 hours late check out for €50. We tried paying on card but he tried to take us for a fool by saying its not working and he wanted cash , however we relaised a button for currency conversion needed pressing on the card machine to work, we paid this and given a recepeit, the morning staff called us at 12 woken up me and my pregant wife and told us to leave and said that they did not do late check out , we have been forced to leave and no money refunded "

"Fantastic hotel! Clean, cozy room. They paid great attention to detail designing this hotel and its rooms. Short ten minute walk to the Nord train station. Twenty minute walk to the Grand Place. "

"Superb hotel for a visit to Ghent, especially if you're driving, as it's outside the Low Emission Zone and they have a large car-park. This was the second time I've stayed here and once again I wasn't disappointed. Lovely large, clean room with a good shower. Breakfast is extra, but worth it, as there's a good selection to set you up for the day. The nearest tram stop is 2 minutes walk away, and Sint-Pieters station is a brisk 10 minutes walk, or you can get the tram. Highly recommended."

"Ideaal voor centrum Aalst, goed ontbijt. Ontbijtruimte is wel niet zo gezellig (precies vergaderzaal). We hebben gebruik gemaakt van sauna, heel goed. Kamers niet heel groot (hadden ook de goedkoopste)"

We flew from Prague into Chareloi and took a flibco bus from that airport to the Brussels Midi where the hotel is. From The hotel we walked or took trains to the center for our activities. When we were leaving for Paris, the Eurostar was there for us to board th Paris. Quiet with lots of options for a quick bite. "
