"The staff were very friendly and the hotel is centrally located. The pool was always overcrowded. The bar and restaurant was overpriced and a little pretentious. Rooms are a bit dated. Comfortable stay overall"

"Club lounge good. Good breakfast and service there. Room good. Location as promised. Good. Service at front desk and spa a little underwhelming. Only one functioning elevator meant longer waits sometimes. €60 euro Spa fee for pool use by my guests, a source of irritation. Didn’t like this nor the way it was handled by the staff. I’d call it an okay 4 star experience. Definitely not 5 star. Value was okay. Probably wouldn’t rush back here, being honest."
