"I upgraded for the Suite. It was not as shown online. Small and oddly shaped for something showing much larger No kitchenette and the showers did not work properly in either room. Worst experience thus far for a room in all of my international travel, so choose and or upgrade wisely."

"Great hotel. Friendly staff. Wonderful food. Ideal central location with Alexanderplatz station only minutes away, but the hotel is very dated, thin walls meant I could hear everything being said in the next room which didn’t help when they had a screaming child. The hotel also has a room cleaning request button (in the bathroom) that you must press before 11am to get the room serviced for the next day. I pressed the button twice during my stay and my room wasn’t serviced. "
