"Nice staff. Don’t expect a modern updated food. Definitely is 3 star at best. For price it’s okay. You might need extra towels and or sanitary supply for room. $100 on a July 4th was the cheapest in the town."

"This is an excellent hotel and is clearly well managed. Excellent in every thing and the place has a pleasant and relaxing vibe. The best are the staff. They are friendly, professional from the desk to the bar and breakfast's staff to the maintenance man who can almost immediately to come fix our TV and had it working in minutes. I would definitely stay there again."

"This hotel was super easy to navigate and is located right buy all the gates and TSA. We were surprised how quiet it was considering it was in an airport. I was disappointed that the little snack shop seemed to be closed a lot. Staff were super nice."

"Staff is very friendly. Very conveniently located. Parking fee is worth it they have security walking around the parking area. Grab a uber or Lyft to go to games, casinos, reading terminal. Already booked 3 more stays. Beds are comfy too:) Skip the restaurant much better places to eat."

"I asked for room service and during 2 night stay I was denied, had to stay in a dirty room and nor was I replaced any new lotion or shampoo bottles. The pool was and currently shutdown for the summer. This information was not provided in the website nor was I accommodated by the hotel manager when I advised him my family I traveled to the hotel to enjoy the pool and among other activities. No one cared to help improve our family trip, no accommodations or a slight discount for the inconvenience...

"For the price per night, I was EXTREMELY disappointed in this hotel! This hotel is so outdated and doesn’t uphold the Sheraton brand. Now, I’m skeptical of ever booking with them again!!!"

"Well I had a horrible time. The power went out for almost 24 hours and they did not make any accommodations for this inconvenience. I did not receive and credits or refunds. The water was cold. And the staff was incompetent. I would not recommend this place at all"

"The stay worked well for my family"

"Hotel was nice. Only issues were we went to our room but room key did not work. Had to go back to lobby and found that we were given the wrong room key. Bathroom door was difficult to close fully, kept getting stuck while rubbing on the floor."

"The property was located in a good spot, but it appears run down overall and the staff weren’t overly helpful. The elevator didn’t work the first day we were there, so we had to drag our luggage up 4 flights of stairs."
