The hotel is 15 minute walk to Potsdamer Platz and also near a tube station nevertheless the area is b varied with striptease clubs, prostitutes high standards fashion designers and variate shows theatre. the hotel is basic and clean. The staff could’ve been a bit more cheerful and amiable.

The hotel has minimal comforts, but is clean. I had a water leak on the floor next to my bed during my last full day, but they allowed me to switch rooms easily. Room was cleaned and tidied every day. For North Americans staying, there are no ice machines in the building and no mini refrigerator in the rooms (which is common in Europe). Plaster in my room show evidence of damage, but nothing to impact one’s stay. Overall, it was just an okay hotel room that met basic needs.

The property was extremely clean, with very friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent with good fresh produce. The location of the hotel (around 10 minutes walk from Potsdamer Platz station) is excellent for sightseers. It is close to Berlin zoo, the Brandenburg Gate and there are lots of museums close by too

Room for improvement

Limited parking that was full at the time of arrival. The alternative parking offered was closed, so we had to figure out where to park our car for our stay. The air-condition in the room was not working and we had to go to the reception and ask for a fan. Location wise; Exiting the hotel for a family walk and seeing a hooker on the side of the street doing her shift wasn't the best sight. We booked the B&B based on our experience on a previous stay at Dortmund, but this one didn't meet the expectations

Check-in was fast and easy. Breakfast was available, and looked plentiful. I opted to get a pastry and coffee on the way through the metro. Room was cleaned and beds made daily. Shampoo/shower gel was plentiful, and I was there for over 10 days. It was a 20-minute walk to the nearest train station, but we felt like citizens going to and fro every day. There was a bus stop nearby, if you prefer not to walk, but there is so much to look at on the wal, I recommend that!!

ポツダム広場からバスで10分くらいです。1日乗車券を買った方が便利。閑散とした印象ですが夜も特に危ないところはなかったです。朝食はパン、ハム、チーズ、ヨーグルト、ゆで卵など。スクランブルエッグやソーセージなど調理された食べ物はありません。チェックインもチェックアウトも簡素。部屋は暗い感じ。タオルやベッドは清潔でした。B＆Bなのでほかにサービスは特にないです。鍵はPINコードを入力します。旅慣れている人にはよいのかも。ホテルでゆっくり過ごす感じではないです。

Das Zimmer war mit einem Teppich ausgelegt, der schon bessere Zeiten gesehen hat (hat starkt gerochen) und auch die Dusche ist sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen. Wir waren aber Fan von der Aufteilung des Vierbettzimmers und der Rezeptionist bei unserer Ankunft war einfach so freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Hotel liegt sehr zentral, für einen CityTrip. Der Parkplatz direkt am Hitel für 14€/Tag hat uns super gefallen. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber. Wir sind nicht so Fans von Teppichboden... aber der war sauber.Nachts nicht ganz so ruhig, wenn man mit iffenem Fenster schläft - aber ja logisch für Stadtmitte. Frühstück war ausreichend, den Café Crema fand ich sehr gut! O-Saft haben wir allerdings vermisst. Das Personal war SUPER!!!! Vom Check-in, über Zimmerpersonal zum Frühstück....alle immer super nett, motiviert, engagiert...hierfür 5*!!!!

Das Personal war freundlich, aber insgesamt ist das Hotel unterkühlt und hat keine Atmosphäre. Ich habe 315€ für 2 Nächte gezahlt und für diesen Preis erwarte ich, dass ich frühstücken kann. Ich habe das Frühstück nicht extra gebucht. Dann muss ich auch noch 22€ diese bescheuerte Kurtaxe zahlen was ich überhaupt nicht verstehe. Dann ist kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer und Eiswürfel kann man auch nicht erhalten an der Rezeption. Mir hat es nicht gefallen und ich werde künftig andere Hotels bevorzugen
