Für kurze Übernachtungen ok.

Zimmer und Bad waren zu klein, es gab keine Ablage für Koffer. Bei 2 Personen wird das noch enger. Leider stand in der Hotelbeschreibung nicht das der Saunabereich nur Fr.-So. geöffnet ist und er zusätzlich bezahlt werden muss. Es gab 3 unterschiedliche Kissen gerade zum fernsehen sehr bequem. Der Fußboden und der Flur knarrte. Und man konnte die Nachbarzimmmer hören.

Obwohl wir das Hotel bereits kannten und recht zufrieden waren, wurden wir diesmal vom Besitzer unerwartet unfreundlich behandelt. Leider waren das sehr laute böswillige Beleidigungen, die nicht enden wollten. Alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich zu uns.

...und da waren sie wieder die Polaritäten

Wenn sich Geschäftstermine verschieben bleibt für die Hotelbuchung manchmal nicht viel Zeit zum nachdenken. Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch den Chef des Hauses. Das Zimmer in komplett rose ist Geschmackssache. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster zur Straßenseite nicht meins... Das Bett - ausgestattet mit vielen Kissengrößen - war in Ordnung. Leider ist das Spa an Wochentagen geschlossen. Die Empfehlung des Chefs - schwimmen in der Havel in der Nähe - war ein toller Tipp. Zu später Stunde zauberte die Küche noch etwas leckeres für den kleinen Hunger. Thilo versteht es sehr gut, ein toller Gastgeber und Gesprächspartner sein. Standard Frühstücksbuffet. Kurz um... Charme hat hier vor allem der super Gästeservice und die vielen netten Hoteldetails. Das Interieur hat an vielen Stellen seine Halbwertszeit überschritten. Nobody is perfekt... Wen man nette Unterhaltung sucht ist man hier bestens aufgehoben.

Noisy, hot, expensive makes me sleep-deprived

Noisy because the room is next to the street I couldn't sleep at night, no air condition and it was really hot during that week so even more sleep deprived, the staff forgot to come back to make up the room and room is very expensive for that quality and the check out/ refund/ cancellation is not flexible, really upset with this stay

Nettes Hotel in ruhiger Lage

Das Hotel liegt günstig....es ist nicht weit bis nach Potsdam oder Berlin. Die Zimmer sind okay, unseres war sehr ruhig. Die Umgebung lädt zu langen Spaziergängen ein. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, auch das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut.

Smell bad and sad customer service

The room was small and with a bad smell during the whole night which made impossible to sleep well. I wrote them 2 time to get my invoice and they did not even answer me. I will not forget. Bye bye!

ein schreckliches Hotel ohne jeden Comfort!

Das Zimmer war sehr schmuddelig! Kopfkissen Decken nur ganz billig sehr alt! Verdunkelung gibt es nicht! Es ist kein Wellness und Spa!!!! :-( Keine Minibar! Viel zu kleiner Kleiderschrank! Kein Info material in der Mappe, Fernsehsenderliste gibt es keine! Das ist überhaupt kein Urlaubsfeeling!!! :-(

Altes Haus mit Geschichte, aber auf Heimwerkernivau restauriert. Fernsehempfang mit der eingesetzten Technik mangelhaft bis nicht möglich.(z.B. war das Erste (ARD) nicht zu empfangen, HD auch nicht) Küche war gut, Frühstück ausreichend vielfältig. Verkehrsanbindung an die Autobahn ist gut, aber als Standort für Aktivitäten in Berlin nicht geeignet.
