No coffee/tea facilities in room. No air conditioning so when our windows were open at night it was noisy, otherwise the hotel was good value for money. Thought breakfast was overpriced. Only went once, bought our own pastries, etc after. Underground and train stations nearby, so convenient to get into Berlin centre.

You extended my booking hours to 2:00pm and entered my room without my permission while I was sleeping with my wife I put the do not disturb mode outside my room door and came at 11:20am and I was not happy about this and asked me to pay 30 euros and I paid

Die Lage ist sehr zentral Nähe S und U-Bahn. Frühstück fanden wir klasse, sehr leckerer Kaffee, für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Die Lobby und die Möglichkeit sich abends noch etwas zu essen zu bestellen oder an der Bar etwas zu trinken fanden wir sehr gut! Die Toiletten im Zimmer hätten etwas sauberer sein können.

Zimmer war sauber, im Strahl leider nur heißes Wasser, kaltes Wasser nur ganz langsam, wir haben nicht gefrühstückt, Zimmer hat nur das Nötigste, kein Wasserglas oder Schählchen, ein Stuhl u eine Kofferablage wären auch schön, keine Accessoires oder gemütliche Atmosphäre. Zum Übernachten reicht es aber.

Leider war das Bett nicht frisch bezogen, es waren Haare auf dem Bettlaken und auch auf dem Kissen. Die Toilette war ebenfalls schmutzig und an der Bettkante waren ganz komische Verfärbungen.

Sehr zu empfehlen, Zimmer, Bett und Bad einwandfrei; das Parken in der Tiefgarage war etwas schwierig, hier sollte darauf hingewiesen werden, dass man in der Rezeption kurz Bescheid sagt, dann wird das Tor geöffnet. Ansonsten: topp!

Good food options nearby, accessible by a number of U- and S-Bahn trains and busses, and not that far from the city center. For a last minute option for the Berlin Marathon weekend, it was affordable and I was happy with the room. Clean, decently sized, and reasonably priced. Staff was also very helpful when I locked myself out of my room. I didn’t have the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.
