Hi Christina, we appreciate the feedback and will be following up to see why some of these problems occurred. We do provide a number to call for guest to utilize if there is an issue. You should have had bowls and a functioning coffee pot. The cottages have a number of lights installed throughout we will have to see why this was an issue as well as we provide an abundance of lighting. We apologies for any inconvenience and hope to see you again soon. We will look into and improve these issues.
