"Ottima posizione, centrale, comoda e silenziosa allo stesso tempo. Nella struttura si può godere di una vista mozzafiato mentre si fa colazione. Personale gentile e disponibile. Mi hanno aiutato con la scelta di un ristorante per la cena e si sono resi disponibili anche per la prenotazione dello stesso. Essendo stato di lunedì, la maggior parte dei locali risultava chiusa, pertanto sono stati di aiuto e la loro cordialità e gentilezza va premiata! Non posso che consigliarli, sia come persone che...

"We really enjoyed our stay, and Franco, the host, was very kind and accommodating with our requests. One thing to keep in mind is that this is a pet-friendly property, and the owner’s dog is free to roam around the property. The dog is very friendly and well behaved, but if you are scared of dogs, it’s worth being aware of this before booking."

"The staff was so friendly and helpful! Communication was superb! The location was great. There were three restaurants within a short walk and we found free parking reasonably close. We arrived late due to car trouble, but the staff gave us great directions with a video. We had to carry bags a ways including some stairs, but staying in the Sassi was worth it."

"Our cave room was very clean and huge, we even had a big round jacuzzi bath and long cave corridor going deep inside the rock - it was used as water reservoir in the old days and now the owners just kept it untouched. The breakfast was incredible, the best breakfast during our Puglia trip. The only thing which needs to be improved is bathroom equipment- we had only 2 small pieces of soup and 2 shampoo sachets. And the hair dryer. No shower gel, lotion, shower cap and other bathroom accessories....

"If you’re looking for a room without service, this is your kind of place. Let’s start with the good. The room was furnished tastefully. Conveniently located. Cleanliness would be 8 out of 10. Service is the area that certainly needs improvement. They don’t turn on their WhatsApp number that was provided in Expedia’s messages. You may not get to go in to your room and wonder how you can get help. Luckily they got two wonderful neighbors that were inconvenienced to provide the service they lacked....
