"We got there just after 6pm. The place was open but there is no reception, nor was anyone there to greet us and no phone number to call. Fortunately there was a couple of guys staying there who were able to call someone who let us into our room. I couldn’t remember if this was a pay at property or if we had prepaid so I asked the guy who told me we owed €75. "There was a communication issue between the hotel and Expedia, however I was offered a free upgrade to a better room. The staff were very accommodating to all my requests, the apartment was probably the best I've stayed in including a living room with kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom and rest room. There was also a balcony with table and seating. Complimentary water was provided. There was even a lazyboy recliner. We did buy some drinks from the bar, be aware that you had to take the drinks back to your room rather than drink them at the bar."
