"Unfortunately a very overpriced hotel. Essentials were fine but it's functional rather than comfortable. I was cold in my room & picked up a cold while there. Temperature was in 20s yet I needed to heat the room. Requested a second pillow & was told to travel down 7 floors as they didn't have enough staff to bring one to room (I paid £70/nt!). Too many people in hotel at weekend so nowhere to sit at breakfast while kitchen staff overworked. Hotel will be making plenty though!"

"The location was excellent - minutes to the central area, close to restaurants, shopping, etc. There is a car park close by, charging by the hour. The hotel restaurant breakfast offered many options. Staff was very friendly and offered suggestions for things to do close by. "

"Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral gelegen, was wirklich positiv ist weil man alles fußläufig erreichen kann. Außerdem sind die Apartments sehr geräumig und das Personal nett. Einen Stern Abzug weil es sehr schlecht gedämmt ist. Der Lärm von außen ist so laut, dass man denkt, man hätte das Fenster auf. Auch die Wände innen sind sehr dünn. Der andere Stern Abzug weil es nicht soooo sauber war, wie man es sich wünschen würde."

"Charming "Frenchiness", well preserved building with tasteful interior design; not "boutiqued". Well located in a lively neighborhood, still a quiet register once in the hotel. The attached Café also deserves credit, as a complement to the hotel per se. I'll repeat the selection when in Marseille again."

"Nice room and building located well in the old port, but the lack of a lift up to the reception floor was tough with heavy suitcases after a long travel. The room was spacious enough and had an amazing view, however there was no fridge and no kettle. The air conditioning didn’t work. Staff were pleasant at check in and check out and the common area looked nice and clean also. Housekeeping cleaned our room / changed towels and bedding despite us only staying one night which was good to know...
