"Room and bathroom were clean, water temperature & pressure was good, breakfast was fine. My only complaints were the room temperature was hard to regulate and I needed a mirror in room close to an outlet. The only mirror outside of bathroom was on bathroom door. Still, it was a good value for one night. "

"Room was rough overall. White duvet was bordering on offwhite, boxspring cover all beat up, walls had signs of wear. Windows were nasty but I am assuming it was maybe chlorine because room was directly over pool. Signs that room was cleaned but it was not what I would consider clean. "

"Great property! Right next to Ark Encounter. Could actual walk. Continental breakfast had a lit of items. Dont let the outside fool you - the rooms are great! Price is great especially compared to most the others in the area. Will stay again! "
