"The entrance and location to the Hotel were both excellent, the entrance and communal areas look grand. However the room we had looked tired, the bathroom especially as the ceiling and tiling had lots of mould, flaking paint etc. ready for a revamp. The room was quiet and fairly comfortable, just ..."

"We paid for an upgrade, but the aircon wasn't working so it was super hot. The staff were really helpful and refunded the upgrade, provided a free breakfast and a fan. Can't fault them as it was out of their control."
