"We spent only one night on the property by it sure was different that what I was expected . Over the years we stayed a different Best Western hotels in US and Canada but this particular one was more like a motel . Is an old building and it looks like some improvements were made but the bathrooms were poorly done and the air conditioner in the room was so old and noisy that we could barely sleep . The staff were very nice e polite and the place was relatively clean ."

"Boutique is an interesting description. The hotel was an adequate one however it was not what I expected. We slept in the “Vault” room which meant that our room was an old vault with no windows to the outside. Common space in the the hotel was dimly lit and I did not care for the hotel overall.
I was very disappointed by the Expedia rating of 9.4 which is what led me to select this hotel. At best I would rate this a 7."

"Room was clean, Staff were helpful, Parking was ample. Location was great. However, there was no fresh fruit for the continental breakfast and the layout of the food area wasn't easy to navigate. Not enough seating for eating in the continental breakfast area, which encouraged a lot of guests to bring their food back to their rooms. I feel this is less hygenic. No coffee pot in the room."

"We stayed there twice, probably liked the second time a bit better. I think the room the second time was a bit bigger. Also, staff was helpful in getting into room for the ice bucket, and gave us a wonderful tip about a nice nearby restaurant. Only big drawback was no shampoo in the washroom. Otherwise mostly good."

"Don't believe the pictures on expedia. This place is an old motel 6. The mattresses were clearly really old. They were shaped like a hammock and worn out. Everything in the room felt old and worn. It is not worth the price. this is a $50 night hotel at best. I'd like not to mention the half opened condom that fell out from between sheets and mattress when I pulled the covers back, but hard leave that out. It is certainly a good representation of what the place feels like."
